For my CPAP ‘first aid kit’
I’m a newbie to CPAP, and when I started wearing a full face mask I woke with a very dry mouth. I tried the xylimelts but I didn’t like the amount of saliva I produced, I coughed and spluttered! This gel is a better solution for me, as it moisturises the tissue of my mouth rather than generating saliva. I haven’t had to use it much, as if I nail sleeping on my side, I don’t get a dry mouth! But I like having it to hand. I prefer smearing on my gums, to putting it on my tongue.
